摘　　要：观察脑康泰胶囊对多种化学物质所致学习记忆障碍的影响。采用一次性被动回避反应—跳台法和避暗法,以及方向辨别性水迷宫法,实验证明脑康泰胶囊能明显改善东莨菪碱、戊巴比妥钠引起的小鼠学习记忆获得障碍,对抗亚硝酸钠造成的记忆巩固不良和40%乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍。提示脑康泰胶囊具有多方面改善智力的作用。To investigate the effect of Naokangtai capsule on the ability of learning and memory in mice, passive avoidance reaction was observed by the methods of step down test, step through test and labyrinth test in mice with learning and memory disorder induced by administration of different chemical substances. Results showed that Naokangtai capsule could decrease the times of mistake in mice with learning disorder caused by scopolamine, promote memory in mice with space orientation disorder caused by pentobarbital sodium, antagonize memory consolidation disorder induced by sodium nitrite and memory reappearance disorder induced by ethanol. It is revealed that Naokangtai capsule may improve the ability of learning and memory by various actions.
