摘　　要：六国化工粉状磷酸一铵(MAP)生产装置采用磷酸装置萃取稀酸、浓缩磷酸贮槽的底流渣酸和磷酸二铵(DAP)装置系统不能平衡的稀酸洗涤液等为原料,含固量较高,中和浓缩后磷酸一铵料浆的黏度大、流动性较差,装置运行周期短,工艺控制指标难以稳定。分析生产中的影响因素,重点对循环水、浓缩和热风系统进行了技改。改造后,2008年产量超过130 kt(设计产能120 kt/a),产能逐步得以释放。The sludge in phosphoric acid storage tank and the dilute phosphoric acid from DAP plant are used as raw materials to produce MAP in Liuguo Chemical Industry Stock Co., Ltd. As the high solid content of phosphoric acid sludge, the viscosity of neutralized MAP slurry is high that results in poor fluidity, short operation period, unstable process index, With the analysis on the influence factors of production, some technical transformations in circulating water system, concentration system and hot air system are taken. After the transformation, the yield in 2008 more than 130 kt （the design capacity of 120 kffa）, the production capacity is released.
