摘  要:针对化成法重钙生产过程中熟化库小、熟化期短、产品游离磷酸难控制、物料物性差及系统堵塞严重等问题,提出了在反应过程中添加适量硫酸、混合器优化改造、使用轻烧镁粉(苦土)作中和添加剂等3项措施,降低和稳定了重钙产品游离酸含量,物料物性改善,产品质量提高。According to the problems of small ripening room, short ripening time, the difficulty of free phosphoric: acid control, the poor property of material and serious plugging of equipments in the triple superphosphate production, three measures are adopted including: adding appropriate content sulfuric acid during the reaction process, optimizing revamp of mixers and using the light burning Mg powder (magnesium oxide) as neutralization additives. With these measures, free phosphoric acid content of products is reduced and stable, the physical of material is improved, the product quality is increased.
