摘  要:刀具切削力学计算是盾构刀盘设计的关键问题,是影响其掘进性能的决定性因素。基于理论力学和岩土塑性力学原理,对已有的盾构刀具切削力学模型进行改进,考虑刀具磨损对切削力的影响,重新推导盾构切削刀具的力学计算模型,运用改进的计算模型分析影响刀具切削力的主要因素。发现刀具刃角、刀具圆弧半径及刀具切深对盾构刀具的切削力影响较大。对刀盘、刀具设计和施工具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。The mechanical calculation of cutting tools is a critical issue in the design of cutting disk for shields, and plays crucial role in cutting performance. Based on theoretical mechanics and geotechnical plastic mechanics principles, we improved the existing mechanical model of cutting tools, in consideration of worn cutters that affect the cutting power, and re-derived the mechanical computation model for cutting tools of shield so that we utilized the improved computation model to analyze main factors which affect the cutting power. We found that the tools' corner tip and edge, curve radius and cutting depth mainly affect the cutting power of the model. Therefore, the paper itself can be considered as a reference and sample for the cutting disk, design of cutting tools and the construction work.
