摘  要:以10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物的二乙酸酯(DOPO-AHQ)、对乙酰氧基苯甲酸(p-AHB)和对苯二甲酸(TPA)为单体,合成了一种含P阻燃热致液晶(TLCP);以DOPO-AHQ,p-AHB,TPA,TPA与1,6-己二胺(HD)的酯化产物为单体,合成了一种主链含P,N,HD柔性间隔基的TLCP。通过热台偏光显微镜、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法、热重分析及阻燃性能测定,研究了HD柔性间隔基对TLCP液晶织态、液晶相转变温度、热稳定性以及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:引入HD柔性间隔基,在不影响TLCP液晶织态的前提下,其液晶相转变温度由270~330℃降至200~330℃,同时对TLCP热稳定性影响很小;且引入N元素,明显提高了TLCP的阻燃性。A kind of flame retardant thermotropic liquid crystal(TLCP) copolyester containing phosphorus(P-TLCP) was synthesized with diacetate of 10-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-10-hydrogen-9-oxa-10-phospho-rin-10-oxide(DOPO-AHQ),p-acetoxy-benzoic acid(p-AHB) and terephthalic acid(TPA) as monomers.Another kind of flame retardant TLCP copolyester containing phosphorus,nitrogen and 1,6-hexanediamine(HD) soft segment in the main chain(PN-TLCP) was synthesized from DOPO-AHQ,p-AHB,TPA and the condensation product of TPA and HD(2TPA-HD).The effect of HD soft segment on the texture of liquid crystal,phase transition temperature,thermal stability and flame retardant properties of these two kinds of TLCP were investigated by hot-stage polarizing light microscopy(PLM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermal gravimetric(TG) analysis and flame retardant property test.The results show that the incorporation of HD soft segment reduces the phase transition temperature of the TLCP from 270-330 ℃ to 200-330 ℃ without affecting texture of the liquid crystal and has little influence on the thermal stability of the TLCP.The incorporation of the element nitrogen increases the flame retardant properties of the TLCP significantly.
