摘　　要：如何防止万能轧机轧制钢轨的过程中,轧辊轴承座不出现轴向窜动现象,与保持板的合理设计和正确维护有至关重要的作用。本文针对近几年来保持板频繁发生的故障现象进行了原因分析,提出改进了方案,并应用到生产实际中,取得显著效果。how to prevent the universal rolling rail process, roller bearing axial movement phenomenon does not appear, and the holding plate design reasonable and proper maintenance of a vital role. In recent years, to keep the board the frequent occurrence of fault this paper analyzes the causes, puts forward the improvement scheme, and applied to the actual production, obtain remarkable result.
