摘  要:用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)测定了水环境中的碘普罗胺。考察了LC-C18小柱的最佳洗脱条件,并且根据出峰情况选出最佳的色谱条件:流动相为5mM乙酸铵溶液(用乙酸调节pH至5.7):乙腈=93:7(V/V),温度25℃,流速为0.4ml/min,检测波长为242nm。碘普罗胺在1-100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=1.311 5x-0.220 7,线性相关系数r=0.999 8,回收率平均值为100.10%,RSD为3.4%(n=10)。用该方法测定实际水环境中水样中的碘普罗胺,操作简单,结果准确。SPE-HPLC was used for determining iopromide in aquatic environment.The optimal elution condition of LC-C18 column was to inspect and to select the best chromatographic conditions according to the peaks.The mobile phase was ammonium acetate buffer(5mM,pH was adjusted to 5.7 with acetic acid) and acetonitrile(93:7,v:v);the temperature of the chromatographic column was 25℃;the flow rate was 0.4ml/min and the detection wavelength was 242nm.The linear relationship of iopromide in the range of 1-100mg/L was good.The regression equation was y=1.3115x-0.0027 and the linear correlation coefficient r=0.9998.The mean recovery was 100.10%,RSD was 3.4%(n=10).It is simple,easy and accurate to iopromide from the real water bodies by this method.
