苦楝皮的消化系统药理研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察苦楝皮的消化系统药理作用。方法 :采用小鼠溃疡模型、药物性腹泻模型以及大鼠胆管插管技术。结果 :口服苦楝皮 75 %醇提物 5和 15 g· kg- 1 能显著地抑制小鼠水浸应激性和盐酸性溃疡的形成 ,但对吲哚美辛 -乙醇性溃疡的形成无抑制作用 ,能减少蓖麻油及番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻次数 ;能增加麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌量 ,但对小鼠胃肠推进运动无明显影响。结论 :苦楝皮有抗胃溃疡。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Cortes meliae on digestive system.METHODS:Experiments were carried out in conventional mice models of gastric ulcer and diarrhea,and in rats with choledochus catheterization.RESULTS:Alcoholic extract of Cortex meliae 5 and 15g/kg ig significantly inhibited the formations of gastric ulcer induced by water immersion strees and HCl,but it did not effect on the formations of gastric ulcer induced by indonethain-alcohol in mice.It could reduce the frequency of diarrhea induced by castor oil or senna in mice.It also could increase choleresis in anaesthetic rats,but it was no effect on gastro-intestinal propellent movement in mice.CONCLUSION:Cortex meliae had anti-ulcerative,anti-diarrheal and increase choleretic effects.
