摘　　要：本文从强直性脊柱炎的临床症状、督脉的循行、中医基础理论及临床应用等方面论述了从督脉论治强直性脊柱炎的理论依据、治疗思路。发现在督脉实施灸法可有效改善强直性脊柱炎的僵硬、疼痛等症状，是治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效方法。This article discussed the theoretical basis, therapeutic thoughts and concrete methods for treating ankylosing spondylitis on Governor vessel from the aspects of the clinical symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis, the circulation of Governor vessel, traditional Chinese medicine basic theory and clinical application. Moxibustion on Governor vessel can effective improve the stiffness and pain of ankylosing spondylitis.
