摘  要:目的比较不同来源银杏叶片中黄酮类成分的溶出度,探讨银杏叶片溶出度的分析测定方法。方法采用UV、HPLC法测定银杏叶片中黄酮类成分的溶出量,并测定不同来源的银杏叶片的溶出度,考察银杏叶片的崩解时限。结果虽然不同厂家生产的银杏叶片的崩解时限均符合药典规定,但黄酮类成分的溶出曲线差别很大。HPLC法比UV法更能准确反映黄酮类成分的溶出情况。结论所建方法可用于银杏叶片溶出度的测定。OBJECTIVE To develop the dissolution test method for flavones in Ginkgo leaf tablets and compare the dissolution profile of Ginkgo leaf tablets made by different manufacturers.METHODS HPLC and UV method were established to determine the content of flavones in dissolution medium.The dissolution test was conducted according to Chinese pharmacopoeia by taking 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as medium.Tebonin,Ginkgo leaf tablets made by Schwabe,was chosen as reference preparation.RESULTS The dissolution profiles of flavones in Ginkgo leaf tablets made by different companies were different.HPLC method was more precise than UV method.CONCLUSION It is necessary to build a dissolution test method to evaluate the quality of Ginkgo leaf tablets.The HPLC method could be used to determine the dissolution rate of flavones in Ginkgo leaf tablets.
