摘　　要：目的采用GC法测定复方溴丙胺太林铝镁片中薄荷脑的含量。方法采用改性聚乙二醇HP-INNOWax PolyethyleneGlycol毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,载气为氮气,130℃恒温,分流比10∶1。结果薄荷脑0.19～1.91μg进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of menthol in Compound propantheline bromide,aluminium and magnesium tablets by GC.METHODS The HP-INNOWAX Polyethylene Glycol（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm）was used with Flame ionization detector.The carrier gas was Nitrogen.The column temperature was 130 ℃.The split ratio was 10∶1.RESULTS The linear range for menthol was 0.19-1.91 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 1.5%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,timesaving and accurate.
