花仙子胶囊有关的急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨花仙子胶囊的毒性,进行了小鼠急性毒性实验、对药物主要组分急性毒性相互作用的观察,及小鼠的耐受性试验。结果表明,小鼠灌胃花仙子胶囊的LD50为1.51g/kg;且有一定的耐受性;洋金花与马钱子配伍,减低了马钱子的毒性。提示该配方对毒性有拮抗作用,为该药配方的合理性提供了实验依据。To explore the toxicity of Huaxianzi capsule, the interaction of acute toxicity among the main components of this capsule and the tolerance of mice were observed. The results showed that the LD 50 of the capsule was 1.51 g/kg and certain tolerance appeared at this dose. Flos Daturae combined with Semen Strychni reduced the toxicity of the latter, suggesting that this formula antagonizes the toxicity. This provided an experimental data for the rationality of the composition of this formula.
