摘　　要：调查数据显示,江西有组织犯罪的结构以黑社会性质组织型为主;犯罪行为人主要是男性、年龄在30岁以下、初中及以下文化程度的无业人员或刑释解教人员;犯罪行为人之间具有较强的地缘性和家族性;犯罪组织活动范围仅局限于江西境内,这其中又以犯罪人所居住的地区为主;犯罪组织主要染指建筑业、运输业、娱乐业等领域,敛财手段和方法多样;犯罪组织"以商养黑、以黑护商",积极向合法经济领域渗透,并拉拢腐蚀党政干部,谋求政治身份和社会荣誉,犯罪隐蔽性越来越强。According to statistics, criminal organizations in Jiangxi province have similar structures with those of gangland crimes. Criminals include male jobless persons with junior high school education or even lower education, persons of terminated sentence and rehabilitation who are less than 30 years old. They are closely related either in kinship or in geographical residence. Their activities are mainly inside Jiangxi province, especially inside their residential area. They mainly encroach upon fields like building industry, transportation industry and entertainment industry with diversified means of crimes and methods of collecting money. With a purpose of gangland crimes and legal business supporting each other, criminal organizations vigorously infiltrate into legal business, win over and corrupt party and government officials and desire for political status and social honor, thus being more and more covert.
