转化医学理念的兴起及中医药研究发展的思考

摘　　要：转化医学是将基础医学研究的成果较快地转化并应用于疾病预防、诊断和治疗及预后评估中的一种医学模式。该医学理念一经提出,便在欧美等发达国家得到迅速发展。我国起步较晚,但近几年已引起高度重视,并已相继成立了一些研究机构。同时,我们也认识到转化医学理念的兴起给中医药事业发展创新提供了一个方向;对促进中医理论的广泛传播和建立新的诊疗技术、促进和加快中医药研究向更深层次水平迈进提供了一个时代良机。Translational medicine is a medical model in which the basic medical achievements are transformed and applied into disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.This medical concept has developed rapidly in Europe,America and other developed countries after it appeared.It spreads later in our country,but great attention has been paid to it in recent years,and the research institutions have been established later.Meanwhile we recognized that the rise of the translational medicine concepts applied a direction for TCM innovation,and provided the opportunity for promotion of the TCM theory,establishment of new diagnostic technology,and acceleration of research on TCM to a higher level.
