军队基层军医健康教育培训需求调查

摘　　要：目的 了解武警基层卫生队、各总队医院及其他进修人员健康教育培训需求,以便有针对性开展健康教育培训.方法 选择晋职培训学员195名,召开座谈会,填写健康教育培训需求问卷.结果 培训人员专业背景多样;基层卫生队与各总队医院军医对健康教育技能培训需求不尽相同.16.9%的人员曾经从事过健康教育相关工作.不同单位人员对健康教育技能的学习目的 不同（66.2%的业务人员参加培训是为提高实际工作能力）.基层卫生队军医培训内容排在前5位的是：健康信息传播技巧（82.9%）、培训方法与技巧（80.0%）、健康教育基本理论（68.6%）、传播活动组织和策划（60.0%）、传播材料制作和使用（51.4%）,总队医院与基层卫生队军医需求略有不同;首选的培训形式为授课与练习相结合（49.2%）;61.2%的人认为培训人数在15～30人比较合适;33.8%认为培训时间应在1个月左右比较合适;职能缺位和经费困难是制约培训需求的两大因素.结论 健康教育培训需求巨大,专业人员普遍欠缺健康教育技能,对晋职人员进行专项、系统、有针对性的健康教育培训是必要和迫切的.Objective The aim of the study is to understand training demand of health education of military surgeons in basic corps. Methods 19 subjects that came from basic troops were investigated by symposium and questionnaire. Results The profession background of military surgeons is multiplicity. It is different between sanitary corps military surgeons and hospital military surgeons with the training demand and aim of health education. The sequence of training demand of health education of sanitary corps military surgeons is： communication skill （82.9 % ）, training method and skill （80.0 %）, basic theory （68.6 %）, organization and plan of activities of transmission （60.0%）,make manufacture and utilization of transmission material （51.4%）. The best training form is giving lessons and exercise（49.2% ）. The best training scale is 15 - 30 （61.2%）. The best training time is one month （33.8%）. The two factors that restrict the training demand of health education were dislocation of functional authority in basic corps and short of funds. Conclusion It is enormous of training demand of health education. The professional staffs were lack of the technical skill of health education generally. It is necessary and imminent that training of health education directly should be provided to military surgeons.
