上腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术198例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对上腹部手术史患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析198例有上腹部手术史患者施行LC的临床资料。结果 198例中成功施行LC 193例,中转开腹5例,LC施行成功率为97.5%。LC施行过程中,无明显出血、胆管损伤、胆汁瘘、腹腔积液、皮下气肿等并发症发生。结论对上腹部手术史患者施行LC具有可行性且安全有效。Objective To investigate the feasibility,safety and efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the patients with epigastric surgery history.Methods A retrospective clinical analysis was performed on the clinical data of 198 patients with epigastric surgery history undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital.Results Among 198 cases,193 cases were successfully performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy and 5 cases were converted to laparotomy.The success rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy was 97.5%.During performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,no complications occurred,such as bleeding,bile duct injury,bile leakage,ascites and subcutaneous emphysema.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible,safe and effective for the patients with histories of epigastric surgery.
