护理干预对艾滋病住院患者抗病毒治疗依从性的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者服药依从性的影响,为提高患者服药依从性提供参考。方法选取2007年1-8月在我院艾滋病科确诊为艾滋病的患者为研究对象,随机抽取80例,分为对照组和干预组,每组40例。对照组实施常规健康教育,干预组除实施常规健康教育外,增加护理干预措施,评价护理干预后两组服药依从性的差异。结果干预组依从性98%,对照组依从性80%,干预组患者服药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可明显改善艾滋病患者服药的依从性。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on medication compliance of the patients with AIDS to provide references for improving their medication compliance.Methods The AIDS patients diagnosed in the AIDS department of our hospital from January to August 2007 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,80 cases were randomly extracted and divided into the control and the intervention groups,40 cases in each group.The control group accepted the conventional health education and except this the intervention group was added the nursing intervention measures.The differences of medication compliance after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance was 98% in the intervention group and 80% in the control group,the former was higher than the latter with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the medication compliance in the patients with AIDS.
