摘　　要：目的探讨儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析16例糖尿病DKA患儿的临床资料及诊治措施。结果 16例均抢救成功,无并发症发生。结论儿童糖尿病DKA多有诱因,起病临床症状不典型,易误诊误治,需严密观察病情变化,完善常规检查,坚持合理用药,保护重要脏器功能。Objective To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment in children diabetic ketoacidosis（DKA）.Methods The clinical data of 16 children with DKA were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were treated with combined modality therapy including anti-infection,fluid replacement,correcting electrolyte disturbances and acidosis,insulin treatment,etc.16 cases were saved successfully,and no complications occurred.Conclusion Most of children DKA have inducements.Due to atypical clinical symptoms in onset,children DKA is liable to be misdiagnosed and mistreated.We should give the close observation of changes in condition,complete the routine examinations,insist on rational drug use and protect main organs function.
