摘　　要：根据针灸临床研究的现状,探讨其基本策略。认为目前一些针灸临床研究存在片面套用西医临床研究方法的部分概念,简单化对待针灸临床研究的现象。在今后的针灸临床研究中,应充分考虑针灸临床整体过程的自身特点,回答临床评价的关键问题,重视优效性、等效性、非劣效性设计在针灸临床研究中的科学合理应用,并由此逐步构建符合中医针灸特点的临床研究方法,以提高针灸临床研究的质量。This paper aims to explore the fundamental strategies based on the current status for clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion. We hold that some problems exist in acupuncture and moxibustion research： mechanical application of concepts in western medicine research in acupuncture and moxibustion research, simplified clinical research. The characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion research should be considered, the key questions on clinical evaluation should be answered, and the superiority, equivalence and non-inferiority design should be applied scientifically in clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the future. It is hopeful to improve the quality of clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion by establishing new methods in accordance with the characteristics of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion researches.
