补肺颗粒对稳定期COPD患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肺颗粒治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法将130例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,治疗组69例予补肺颗粒治疗,对照组61例给予安慰剂治疗,疗程均为30天。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能的变化。结果治疗组、对照组治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、喘促气短单项症状症情及总积分组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组咳嗽、咯痰、喘促气短单项症状症情分布及症状总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组、对照组治疗前后肺功能指标组内比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,FEV1、FVC、PEF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺颗粒可明显缓解稳定期COPD患者临床症状,改善肺功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and effects of ＂Bufei Granule＂ on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods One hundred and thirty cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 69 cases were treated with ＂Bufei Granule＂ and control group in which 61 cases were treated with placebo, with the course of 30 days. The symptom score and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment. Re- sults After 30 days treatment, the symptom scores of cough, sputum and shortness breath were improved, and the total scores were improved （P 〈 O. 05）. The symptom scores of cough, sputum and shortness breath in treatment group were better than those in control group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. No significant difference was found in pulmonary function between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The differences in FEV1, FVC and PEF between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ＂Bufei Granule＂ can relieve the symptoms effectively and improve the pulmonary function of COPD.
