十宣汤镇痛作用药理学研究及病例观察

摘　　要：对十宣汤的镇痛作用进行了动物实验研究,并对其用于改良乳突术后刀口痛及硬脑膜粘连瘢痕性头痛进行纯西医、中西医结合之疗效对比观察。结果:十宣汤水提物对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应有明显抑制作用;十宣汤与西药联用之止痛有效率明显高于单纯用西药组。提示十宣汤具较好的镇痛效果。To understand the analgesia action of Shixuan decoction, the research of zoopery and the comparative observation of the effect of pure western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine by using Shixuan decoction against the cutting edge pain after the operation of modified mastoidectomy and the cicatricial headache caused by dural adhesion were made. The boiled solution of Shixuan decoction shows the remarkable restrained effect on the reaction of mice torsion caused by acetic acid, the effective rate of the group which use Shixuan decoction combined with western medicine against analgesia is higher than that of the group which use western medicine simply. It indicates that Shixuan decoction has a better analgesia effect.
