摘　　要：针对我国建筑市场上质量事故频发的现状,构建了一个横向上面向企业和项目双重对象,纵向上涵盖体制、治理和管理三层次的分析框架"质量链"。分析表明,建筑市场环境、建设交易体制和项目治理方面的缺陷是工程质量的瓶颈问题。最后结合发达国家的历史经验探讨提高工程质量的有效途径,试图从根源上解决工程质量领域存在的问题。On the status of frequent quality accidents in china＇s construction market, a framework called ＂quality chain＂, which faces double objects of enterprises and projects horizontally and covers three levels of system, governance and management vertically, has been built. It is indicated that defects existing in the construction market, construction business system and project governance are bottleneck of construction quality. At last, effective ways to improve the quality of projects are explored combined with the historical experience of developed countries, trying to solve the root causes of problems in the field of project quality.
