摘　　要：采用醋酸乙烯酯与部分功能性单体共聚的办法,研制出一种对PVC塑料薄膜具有良好粘接效果的纸塑贴合用改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。研究表明,采用核壳的粒子结构设计,且硬核与软壳比例为2∶1,PVA1788用量为10质量份,专用的乳化剂eA和eB用量分别为2.4质量份和1.2质量份,改性单体mA和mB的用量分别为25质量份和1.5质量份时,所得乳液的综合性能最好。A modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion for PVC film bonding is synthesized with using acetate and functional monomer by copolymerization. The research shows that the synthesized emulsion has optimal comprehensive performance when the proportion of hard core and soft shell is 2： 1, the PVA1788 amount is 10 portion, the amount of eA and eB is 2.4 and 1.2 portion respectively and the amount of modified monomer mA and mB is 25 and 1.5 portion respectively.
