摘　　要：目的:观察前列清瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效特点。方法:78例慢性前列腺炎患者给予前列清瘀汤煎服,观察疗效特点。结果:6周后,所有患者中医症候均得到明显改善,NIH-CPSI评分、EPS镜检WBC不同程度降低,有效率为96.9%。结论:前列清瘀汤治疗症候复杂性慢性前列腺炎疗效显著。Objectives： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbal prescription Qianlieqingyu on the treatment of chronic aseptic prostatitis.Methods： Qianlieqingyu was administered to 78 patients with chronic prostatitis to observe its therapeutic effects.Results： Symptoms of all patients improved after six weeks＇ treatment.NIH-CPSI score,EPS exam and WBC were found to decrease at different levels.The overall efficiency is 96.9%.Conclusion： Chinese herbal prescription Qianlieqingyu is found to be effective in treating complicated chronic prostatitis.
