深圳中学生早恋发生及影响和关联因素调查

摘　　要：目的:获取深圳中学生早恋行为发生率并了解中学生早恋发生的影响因素和早恋带来的不良结果,为中学开展性健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,采用统一问卷收集普通中学、重点中学和职业高中学生早恋相关资料;采用SPSS13.0软件分析不同因素对早恋发生的影响和早恋带来的不良后果。结果:(1)深圳中学生早恋发生率为17.6%,其中普通初中早恋发生率为11.8%,重点初中10.5%,普通高中为21.5%,重点高中为15.0%,职业高中为32.7%。(2)早恋对初中和普通高中学生学习成绩影响较大,早恋学生的成绩比没有早恋的学生成绩要差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早恋学生自慰发生率为46.0%,高于没有早恋学生的自慰发生率31.1%(P<0.001);早恋学生发生性交行为的占19.9%,高于没有早恋的学生的性交发生率3.1%。(3)年龄、学校性质、父母职业和学历、是否独生子女、学习成绩、父母和班主任老师对待早恋的态度、家中能否上网、父母感情是否稳定以及是否接受过学校性教育是影响学生早恋发生率的重要因素,因此在开展性教育的时候要注意这些因素。结论:深圳中学生早恋现象较多,其中职业高中比较普遍,且早恋给学生学习和身心造成了一些不良影响,学校需要重视学生的性教育,并根据研究提示的危险因素开展有针对性的性教育。Objectives： The investigation objective is to acquire the puppy love incidence rate of middle school students in Shenzhen city;and to study the influence factors and the undesirable effects of students＇ puppy love.As reference frames for the middle schools sex health education.Methods： The study had selected samples by step cluster sampling method.The students＇ puppy love information in regular middle schools,key middle school and vocational senior middle school were investigated with questionnaires.Using Spss13.0 software analysis the difference influence factors of the puppy love and the undesirable effects.Results：（1） The puppy love incidence rate of the middle school students in Shenzhen city is 17.6%;The rate of regular junior middle school is 11.8%;the key junior middle school puppy love＇s rate is 10.5%;the regular senior middle school puppy love＇s rate is 21.5%;the key senior middle school puppy love＇s rata is 15.0%;the vocational senior middle school puppy love＇s rate is 32.7%.（2） The puppy love had depressed records of the junior middle school and the regular senior middle school students,but it had no influence to the key and vocational senior middle school student＇s records,the records of puppy love students＇ were worse than the non puppy love students＇,the difference level had statistical significance（P0.05）;The console oneself rate of the puppy love students is 46.0%,which is higher than the rate（31.1%） of non puppy love students,the difference level had statistical significance（P0.05）;The sexual intercourse rate of the puppy love＇s students is 19.9%,which is higher than the rate of non puppy love＇s students（3.1%）,the difference level had statistical significance（P0.05）.（3） The factors as age,different school,the parent＇s job and educational level,the only child or not,study records,parents and classroom teacher attitude to puppy love,home have net or not,the parents＇ emotion,and school sex education are the important influence factors o
