摘 要:目的:调查护理本科生成就动机与其临床实践行为现状,并探讨两者的关系,为提高护理本科生临床实践能力提供依据。方法:采用成就动机量表与护理本科生临床实践行为量表(CET)对319名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:①护理本科生成就动机得分为(8.698±11.103)分,其中追求成功的动机得分为(40.739±7.222)分,避免失败的动机得分为(32.059±8.210)分,不同性格、是否担任或曾担任学生干部以及不同专业兴趣的护理本科生成就动机得分差异有统计学意义;②临床实践行为总均分为(3.738±0.469)分;③护理本科生成就动机与临床实践行为呈正相关,其中追求成功的动机与临床实践行为呈正相关,避免失败的动机则与其呈负相关。结论:成就动机对护理本科生临床实践行为有重要影响,可通过提高护理本科生成就动机来改善其临床实践行为,提高其临床实践能力。Objective: To investigate the status and relationship of the nursing undergraduates' achievement motivation and clinical practice behavior. Methods: A total of 319 nursing undergraduates were investigated by Achievement Motivation Scale and BSN's Clinical Evaluation Tool (CET). Results: 03 The scores of achievement motivation, pursuing success motivation and avoiding fail motivation were 8.698±11.103, 40.739±7.222, and 32.059±8.210, respectively. The achievement motivation level was different among nursing undergraduates who had different characters or professional interests, or whether they served as the student leaders(P〈0.01). (2) The total average score of CET was 3.738±0.469. (3) There was a positive correlation between the nursing undergraduates' achievement motivation and clinical practice behavior. While clinical behavior was positively related to pursuing success motivation and negatively related to avoiding fail motivation (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Nursing undergraduates' achievement motivation may have great impact on their clinical practice behavior. In order to improve the clinical behavior ctf nursing undergraduates, the nursing teacher could take measures to enhance their achievement motivation first.
