摘　　要：针对火药在燃烧后产生的残留物影响装备使用维护的问题,在分析了清洗剂清除各类火药残留物的化学原理和进行相容性试验的基础上,提出了火药残留物清洗方法,设计了用于火药残留物清洗的设备和工艺流程,经部队使用证明,该清洗设备使用方便,清洗工艺效果明显。After the powder burnts,which will bring residua,and the residua will affect to use and maintain equipments,on the basis of analyzing the chemical principle of cleaners to cleanse different kinds of powder residua and doing compatibility test,the paper gives the method to cleanse powder residua,and designs the device and the technical flow to cleanse powder residua,they had been used in the army,which indicates that the cleansing device is convenient,and the effect of the technical flow is distinct.
