摘　　要：常规螺杆泵定子由于橡胶厚度不均匀而导致其存在受力、散热和溶胀不均匀等问题,等壁厚定子螺杆泵是在常规螺杆泵的基础上发展的新机型,它通过改变泵体结构,能够保证定子橡胶厚度均匀,从而改善了螺杆泵工作性能,解决了常规螺杆泵定子技术的不足。论述了等壁厚定子螺杆泵的性能优势,对等壁厚定子螺杆泵应用前景进行了探讨。Due to the uneven thickness of the rubber,the conventional PCP have some problems such as uneven stress,heat dissipation,swelling,the uniform-thickness PCP a new PCP that is improved base on the conventional PCP,it has even rubber and it can improve the performance of the PCP by means of improving its structure.This improvement approach solves some problems of the conventional PCP,The technical advantages and application Prospects of uniform-thickness PCP have been discussed.
