摘　　要：应用CAPP进行工艺规程设计,显著地缩短了新产品生产工艺技术准备周期,加快了新产品的投产速度,同时降低生产成本15%左右,提高工效20%左右,减少工艺装备费用10%左右。When the CAPP is applied in the design of the technical schedule, it will shorten the cycle of the preparing production technologies observably, speed up new products put into production, improve work efficiency about 20%, reduce the cost of production about 15% and the process equipment costs about 10% at the same time.
