摘　　要：本文为建立芬太尼高敏免疫分析方法 ,将小分子芬太尼改造成完全抗原 ,进行动物免疫 ,成功制备出芬太尼抗体 ,亲和力常数经Scatchard分析计算为0.8×109M-1,达到高敏分析要求 ,交叉实验结果表明抗体有较高的识别特异性。To develop a highly sensitive immunoassay method for Fentanyl, we succeeded in preparing a Fentanyl antibody through modification of its molecule into a complete antigen. The antibody possessed affinity constant (ka) of 0.8×109.M1 according to Scatchard analysis, which was quite adequate. Cross reaction test showed high specificity.
