摘　　要：PLC是一种专为在工业环境应用而设计的电子系统,是适用于工业现场工作的电控制器。本设计介绍了注塑机控制的基本原理,提出基于PLC实现对注塑机的控制方案。并采用顺序功能流程图的方法进行程序设计,程序经模拟仿真调试后进行实物接线调试,最终实现控制要求。PLC is an expert electron system for industry circumstance application,and it is also an electricity controUer.This design introduced the operation principle of the plastic injection moulding machine control system.It brings forward the project of the control system with PLC. This design adopts the method of flow chart in order.The programme has been completed after it was simulated and debuged, then it has been practicality debugged.
