摘　　要：目的了解2010年儿科用药特点,促进儿童合理用药。方法随机抽取2010年1月至2010年12月的儿科门诊处方33 232张进行用药合理性分析。结果按金额排序,儿科用药前5位的是中成药、抗菌药、免疫调节剂、医院自制中药制剂、止咳药,其中抗菌药物使用率高,存在一些用药不合理情况。结论儿科用药基本合理,但也存在一些不合理用药现象,应当加强管理,提高儿童合理用药水平。Objective To investigate the pedintrie drug use profile and promote pedintrie rational use of drug. Meth- ods 33232 pediatric outpatient prescription between Jan. and Dee. of 2010 in our hospital were collected randomly for an analysis durg use. Results Ranked by consumption sum, the top categories were Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription, antibaeterials, immunomodulator, Chinese Herbel preparations in hospital, antitussive . The rate of antibaeterials were higt, The drug use was irrational to some degree. Conclusion The pediatric drug use in our hospital rational. The drug use was irrational to some degree, thus management should be strengthened, improve the pediatric rational drug use level.
