摘　　要：受房产市场政策调控的大潮冲击,国内房地产业不景气,但中高档门窗五金产品却逆行情而上,愈来愈受市场青睐,迎来新的发展机遇。原材料、人力成本的持续上涨和国家节能政策等综合因素,促成了门窗五金产品向高端发展的"燎原之势"。Owing to the shocking of regulating and controlling of the real estate market, the industry of the real estate is depressed at home. But hardware with better quality and brand reputation goes up against the market, turned to be more popularly accepted, and formed a new developing opportunity. Affected by some comprehensive factors such as the constant rising of the raw material and the HR cost and the energy conservation policy of the state, enhanced the development of the high quality hardware.
