摘  要:1983年8月在E86°36′,N41°45′巴州奶牛场番茄地的棉铃虫幼虫尸体上发现一株病毒,编号为C-Ha-83-1。毒株包涵体为不规则的4—6边形多角体,大小为760—1432×707—1250纳米,平均为1143×978纳米;包涵体经碱释放后的病毒粒子滴膜负染,在透射电镜下观察,病毒粒子呈杆状,两端平截,大小为262—357×54—71纳米,平均为327×68纳米。超薄切片病毒粒子呈单粒包埋,感染部位为细胞核。 C-Ha-83-1毒株,隶属杆状病毒科Baculoviridae,“A”亚组,定名为棉铃虫核多角体病毒新疆株Heliothis armigera nucleopolyhebrosis virus(Xinjiang-strain),简称HaSNPV(X.-stra.)。经人工饲养活体增殖后,四、五、六龄幼虫含包涵体(PIB)量分别为3.5×10~8/头、9.12×10~8/头、1.44×10~9/头,标准样品(随机混合)为:1.1×10~9/头。通过1985—1986年在棉田和罐头番茄田防治棉铃虫试验,按不同PIB/亩剂量分别达到α=0.05或α=0.01的水平,差异显著或极显著。In 1983,a nuclear polyhedrosis virus (C-Ha-83-1) was found in adead tomato fruitworm Heliothis armigera larva,in Korla (E86°38′,N41°45′),Xinjiang,China.The dimensions of polyhedral inclusion bodyand rod shape particle liberated from PIB were 1143×978 nm,and 327×68 nm,respectively,It is a SEV belonging to the subgroup 'A' ofBaculoviridae,named as cotton bollworm(H.armigera) nucleopolyhed-rosis virus (Xinjiang-strain),and abbreviated as HaSNPV (X.-stra.)by the authors.The PIB contents of inoculated 4th,5th,and 6thinstar larvae feeding on artificial diet were 3.5×10~8,9.12×10~8,and 1.44×10~9 per larva,respectively,and those of standard sample ( randommixture ) was 1.1x10^9 per larva. There were highly significant differences between the results ofdifferent concentration PIB treatments against H.armigera in cotton andcanned tomato field carried out in 1985—1986.The dosages at α=0.05and 0.01 significant levels were 1.5×10~9 and 3.0×10^(11) per mu respec-tively.
