摘　　要：本文从当前高校毕业生在就业过程中遇到的常见法律问题出发,分析高校毕业生就业法律背景,对高校毕业生就业相关法律问题进行梳理,从而探讨高校做好大学生就业法律指导工作的着力点,旨在帮助高校毕业生进行正确而有效地维权。This paper will present the process of college graduates in the employment of common legal problems encountered,analyzes the legal context of employment of college graduates,college graduates for employment-related legal issues to sort out,so do the students of colleges and universities the focus of employment law guidance point,designed to help college graduates for the correct and effective rights.
