摘　　要：招生工作在研究生教育过程中起着举足轻重的作用。本文对当前农科研究生招生中的困难作了分析,并重点研究了农科研究生招生过程中的组织管理与过程控制,提出了相应的一些建议,为研究生招生管理工作改革提供依据。Enrollment in graduate education plays an important role.In this paper,the current difficulties in the agricultural graduate admissions analyzed,and focuses on the agricultural organizationofgraduate admissions process management and process control,the corresponding number of proposals,provide a basis for the reform of graduate enrollment management.
