摘　　要：独立学院是由教育部批准设立,按新机制、新模式创办的独立设置的全日制普通本科高等学校,它由民间出资,依托母体学校的优质教学资源,服务于当地的社会和经济发展,经过10多年的发展,已经初具规模。但不少独立学院目前仍然没有达到教育部26号令的要求,形式上和实质上都没有真正独立,在发展中遇到了各种管理问题,本文结合独立学院发展的实际,针对存在的突出问题,借鉴企业管理的知识,对独立学院在管理方面存在的问题提出一些建议。Independent College is approved by the Ministry of Education,under the new mechanism,a new model founded an independent set of full-time undergraduate higher education,it is funded by the private sector,relying on the parent school＇s quality teaching resources,services in the local social and economic development,through 10 years of development,has begun to take shape.But many independent colleges still did not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education Order No.26,in form and substance are not truly independent,encountered in the development of a variety of management issues,this paper combines the acts of development of independent colleges,for the outstanding problems,drawing on the knowledge of business management,put forward some suggestions for the problems on the management of independent college.
