摘　　要：如今公共图书馆不仅代表着本省的整体形象,还体现了本省的人文素质。本文主要从公共图书馆的人性化服务出发,通过环境、服务方式以及服务理念三部分展示出人性化服务是当下公共图书馆中必不可少的根本观念。Public libraries now not only represent the province＇s overall image,but also reflects the province＇s human qualities.This article from the public library of human services starting.Through the environment,service mode,the service concept of three parts show the human services is essential to the present public library in the fundamental concepts.
