摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。当代大学生参与非法传销现象日益严重,尤其是新入学的大一新生,由于涉世未深,世界观、人生观尚未形成,极其容易陷入传销泥潭。因此必须充分发挥高校辅导员这一生活引路人的作用,避免大学新生误入非法传销的组织。Counselors are the backbone of the development of ideological and political education,is the organizers,actor and directorsb of the university students＇ ideological and political education and the management of the daily work.Contemporary college students participate in the illegal pyramid selling increasingly seriously,especially the freshmen,because the babe,world outlook,the outlook on life has not been formed,very easy to get into MLM mire.So must give full play of leading to role university counselors,avoid university freshman straying into illegal pyramid selling organization.
