论大学生体像问题产生的原因及其应对方式

摘　　要：许多大学生认为,相貌是获得成功的一个重要条件,但有一部分大学生由于一些轻微的相貌缺陷产生了如抑郁、焦虑,人际关系退缩这样的心理问题,他们求助于美容、整形手术外科,或者接受较长时间的心理治疗。对于存在这类体像烦恼或障碍的大学生而言,重新转变自身性格,树立起对相貌的认识,得到周围亲人、朋友的支持是解决这类问题的较好方法。Many students regard that appearance is one of the important factor in achieving success,however,due to the minor appearance defects,a part of college students got the psychological problems,such as depression,anxiety and interpersonal withdrawal,they turn to the method of beauty,plastic surgery operation,and accept the long time psychotherapy.To these student,there are many methods such as improve character,reestablish the recognition of appearence,and get the support from family and friends,this would help the students get rid of such problems.
