高血压病血瘀证患者血清对血管内皮细胞活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察高血压病血瘀证患者血清对血管内皮细胞活性的影响。方法:用高血压病血瘀证患者、非血瘀证患者及健康人血清作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞株CRL-1730,每组又分为5%,10%,15%,20%4个血清组,MTT法检测CRL-1730活性。结果:血清作用6h后,血瘀组、非血瘀组与健康组比较,细胞活性较低,20%,15%和5%浓度时差异显著(P<0.01);血清作用24h后,血瘀组、非血瘀组与健康组比较,细胞活性较低,15%,10%和5%浓度时差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清作用48h后,血瘀组、非血瘀组与健康组比较,细胞活性较低,15%和5%浓度时差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);各浓度血清作用6,24,48h后,血瘀组与非血瘀组比较,均无统计学差异,但血瘀组细胞活性较非血瘀组有降低的趋势。结论:高血压病患者血清可以降低CRL-1730的细胞活性,对细胞的代谢与增殖有抑制作用。其中,血瘀证患者血清对细胞活性的抑制有更明显的趋势。Objective： To research the effect of serum which was from hypertension patients with blood stasis syndrome（ BSS ） on vein endothelial cells activeness. Methods： Human umbilicus vein endothelial cells （CRL- 1730）were divided into four groups according to different serums of patients with BSS associated with hypertension disease, which were BSS （model） group, non group, and each group had four concentrations （20% ,15% - blood stasis group, health group and control ,10% ,5% ） ,MTF method assay activeness. Resuhs ： When the incubation time was 6 hours, the activeness in the blood stasis group and the non - blood stasis group was lower than that in the health group. The difference was distinct under 20μg/ml, 15 μg/m1,5 μg/ ml concentrations （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. When the incubation time was 24 hours, the activeness in the blood stasis group and the non - blood stasis group was lower than that in the health group. The difference was distinct under 15 μg/ml, 10μg/ml, 5μg/ml concentrations （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. When the incubation time was 48 hours, the activeness in the blood stasis group and the non - blood stasis group was lower than that in the health group. The difference was distinct under 15 μg/ml, 5 μg/ml concentrations （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ;Under all incubation time, the blood stasis group and the non - blood stasis group had no difference, but the activeness had a declining trend. Conclusion： The serum from hypertension disease patients can decline the vein endothelial cells＇activeness, and it has a and it suppression on its＇metabolism and proliferation, and the blood stasis group is more obvious.
