摘　　要：辩诉交易之所以能在国外生存并蓬勃发展,是因为其有着无法匹及的优点,从效益价值、正义价值、被害人权益保护和维护社会秩序等方面对这一制度的价值作出全面而透澈的分析,把握其精髓,对成功借鉴该制度获益良多。The plea bargaining has been able to survive and thrive in foreign country due to its benefits unable to horses.The value of this system is analyzed comprehensively and clearly from the value of the benefit,the value of Justice,protection of victims＇ rights and the maintenance of social order,in order to grasp its essence and successfully draw on the benefit of the system.
