摘　　要：目的 :探讨绝经后冠心病(CHD)患者性激素(SH)、胰岛素(Ins)及血脂谱的变化规律及意义。方法 :将绝经后有无CHD及无CHD正常行经妇女比较3组间雌二醇E2 、Ins、血脂谱变化特点。结果 :3组间各指标均有显著差异。结论 :绝经后CHD患者比绝经后健康妇女更为严重的SH紊乱、Ins抵抗及脂代谢异常 ,后两者与E2Objective:To investigate the relationship between endogenous serum hormones(SH) disorder and insulin resistance and adverse change of serum lipid profiles in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:The women with CHD and those without CHD were classified as three groups,and changes of estrakiol(E2),insulin(Ins) and lipid profiles were compared among the three groups.Results:Indexes were significantly different among the three groups.Conclusion:E2 is the main pathogenic cause to induce the SH disorder and adverse serum lipid profiles and insulin resistance in postmenopausal women CHD.
