自发性结肠破裂21例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自发性结肠破裂的临床特点和诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析自发性结肠破裂患者21例的临床资料。结果:21例患者均急诊行开腹手术治疗,15例治愈,6例死于感染中毒性休克所致的多脏器功能衰竭。结论:自发性结肠穿孔缺乏特异的临床表现,术前不易确诊。早期诊断、早期手术及合理的手术方式是改善自发性结肠破裂患者预后的关键。Objective：To investigate the clinical features,diagnoses and treatments of colon.Methods：The clinical data of twenty-one patients with spontaneous perforation of colon were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All twenty-one patients accepted emergency abdominal operation,Fifteen patients were cured and six died of multiple organ failure caused by infection toxic shock.Conclusion：It is difficult to make a preoperative diagnosis of spontaneous perforation of colon because of no specific clinical feature.Early diagnosis and operation,reasonable approach is the key to improve the prognosis of patients with spontaneous perforation of colon.
