摘 要:利用青枯菌无毒变异株A-P_7和A-82对花生作茎部毛细管滴注接种,可诱导花生茎部产生抗病性,并可维持10天以上,且具有一定传导性,从诱导接种部位传导到上一节位约需3天。而利用荧光假单胞菌株JF_1诱导的茎部抗性只能维持5天,并不具有传导能力。以上述无毒青枯菌株接种花生种子未能使花生地上部分诱导产生抗病性,但却可以有效地防止花生根部受土壤中青枯菌的浸染,种植后42天的防治效果仍达66.6%。Two avirulent strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum A-P_7 and A-82,and one fluorescent pseudomond strain JF_1 were used as biotic agentsto induce resistance of peanut to bacterial wilt.The resistance couldbe effectively induced by inoculating strains into stems of peanutand remain at least 10 days and appeared transmissible.JF_1 induced rela-tively lower resistance,which lasted only 5 days and showed untrans-missible.It was failed to induce above-soil parts of plants by treatingseeds with inducing strains,but this seed-treatment method effectivelyprotect peanut plants from soil infection by the pathogen.Controleffects on 4 weeks after planting reached 72.2% in comparison withuntreated peanut,and the resistance could remain for 42 days on evenmore.
