摘 要:1985—1988年,在浙江省新昌县重病田,采用自然诱发,鉴定了国内外小麦品种及中国春小麦与苏联球茎大麦杂交后代计1322个材料。结果免疫的品种或材料有52个。发病率0.1—5.0%的有34个,5.1—10.0%的10个。不发病品种的植株内查不到内含体和病毒粒子,说明这些品种是免疫的,而不是隐症带毒品种。在浙江省小麦地方品种中,高抗品种数占供试品种总数比例为:美玉类型占54.5%,红铁钉类型占34.1%。普通小麦与球茎大麦的杂交后代,高抗的材料占供鉴定总材料数的38.1%,可见球茎大麦抗小麦梭条斑花叶病毒(WSSMV)的基因易于转移到中国春小麦上。抗病品种的抗性较稳定,年度间抗病性变化不大,但感病品种年度间因气候条件不同差异较大。The resistance of 1322 national and foreign wheat varieties andhybrid progenies of chinese spring Triticum aestivum var.(6×)×Hordeumbulbosum USSM(4×) were identified at serious WSSMV-infected fieldsin Xinchang County,Zhejiang Province during 1985—1988.The resultsshowed that 52 varieties and materials were immune to WSSMV,34were high resistant with a incidence of 0.1—5.0% and 10 were resistantwith 5.1—10.0% incidence.No inclusion and virus particles were ob-served with microscope and electromicroscope in uninfectcd wheatplants,illustrating that these varieties were immune to WSSMV and notcarrying virus without symptoms expression.Among the total testedlocal wheat varieties of Zhejiang Province,the rates of high resistantvarieties of Meiyu type and Hongtieding type were 54.5% and 34.1%respectively.Among the all identified hybrid propenies of T.aestivum ×H.bulbosum,the rate of high resistant materials was 38.1%,indicatingthat the anti-WSSMV genes could be easily transfered to T.aestivumvar.chinese spring.The resistant varieties were quite stable,and lesschangeable in the resistance whereas the susceptible varieties weremore changeable under different climate conditions in different years.
