金振口服液并克拉霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金振口服液加克拉霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:临床收集肺炎支原体肺炎患儿89例,随机分为治疗组59例和对照组30例。2组均给予克拉霉素治疗,治疗组加用金振口服液,对照组加氨溴特罗口服溶液(易坦静)对症治疗。观察治疗前后2组患儿咳嗽、细湿啰音、发热、哮鸣音消失的天数,并比较2组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组咳嗽起效与消失时间、细湿啰音和发热消失天数与对照组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01),哮鸣音消失时间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治愈率与总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金振口服液并克拉霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎疗效可靠。Objective：Observed the effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP） treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with clarithromycin and discuss its mechanism.Methods：89 cases of MPP children were randomly categorized into the treatment group（59 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The 2 groups were all treated with clarithromycin,the treatment group were also treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid,and the control group were also treated with Yitanjing.Compared the number of days that cough,sibling sound,fever,wheeze sound disappeared and the effects.Results：The time difference of cough,wet siblings,fever between the two groups was of high statistic significance（P0.05）.The difference of wheeze time was of no significance（P0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was markedly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of MPP treatment by Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with clarithromycin is dependable.
