摘　　要：针对脾胃阴虚型小儿厌食症的病因病机,讨论了加味益胃汤的组方原则,以《温病条辨》中益胃汤为基础方随症加味,共奏积祛、气行、阴复之功效,切合小儿生理特点,为治疗小儿脾胃阴虚型厌食症之良方。To discuss about prescription-forming principle of Expanded Stomach-nourishing Decoction in the light of the mechanism of pediatric anorexia of pancreasogastroyin asthenia,and expand the Stomach-nourishing Decoction from Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Fobrile Diseases to get rid of dyspeptic stasis,make qi go smoothly,and restore yin.This prescription is suitable to children and good to treat pediatric anorexia of pancreasogastroyin asthenia.
