摘　　要：目的:观察清暑利湿汤治疗小儿痢疾的临床疗效。方法:52例痢疾患儿给予清暑利湿汤口服,并观察其治疗效果。结果:痊愈34例,占65.38%;有效16例,占30.77%;无效2例,占3.85%;总有效率为96.15%。结论:清暑利湿汤治疗小儿痢疾的有效组方之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinic effect of pediatric dysentery of treated with Decoction of Diuresis by Cooling.Methods：Decoction of Diuresis by Cooling were orally taken by 52 cases of pediatric dysentery patients,and the effects were observed.Results：34 cases were cured,accounting for 65.38%;16 cases were effective,accounting for 30.77%;2 cases were ineffective,accounting for 3.8%,with a total effective rate of 96.15%.Conclusion：Changed application of Decoction of Diuresis by Cooling is effective to treat pediatric dysentery and deserves to spread.
