七味白术散配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾虚泄泻32例

摘　　要：目的:观察七味白术散配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将62例脾虚泄泻患儿随机分为2组,对照组30例口服七味白术散治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗的基础上配合捏脊疗法。结果:治疗组显效20例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.8%;对照组显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。治疗组止泻时间(42.5±20.8)h,对照组止泻时间(57.6±29.7)h,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:七味白术散配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾虚泄泻能提高疗效、缩短病程。Objective：To observe the clinic effect of the treatment of pediatric pancreasasthenia diarrhea by Seven Ingredients Tractylodis Macrocephalae Powder combined with spine pinching.Methods：Randomly put 62 cases of pediatric pancreasasthenia patients into 2 groups,with the control group treated by oral taking Seven Ingredients Tractylodis Macrocephalae Powder,while the treatment group treated by oral taking Seven Ingredients Tractylodis Macrocephalae Powder and spine pinching.Results：In the treatment group,20 cases were markedly effective,10 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.8%.In the control group,18 cases were markedly effective,9 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90.0%.The difference of the total effective rate between the groups is statistically insignificant（P〈0.05）.The diarrhea time difference between treatment group（42.5±20.8） h and control group（57.6±29.7）h is of highly statistic significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Seven Ingredients Tractylodis Macrocephalae Powder and spine pinching can treat pediatric pancreasasthenia diarrhea and enhance curative effect,shorten the course of the treatment.
